What is OWN it?
OWN it is Ozarks Wellness Network, a collaborative of health and wellness organizations coordinated by Cox Medical Center Branson, dedicated to promoting healthier and safer lifestyles, and committed to work together to share goals and resources. By working together, we can limit duplication of services and programs, and actually reach more people more effectively. Working together also helps us compete for and receive grants for more services in our area.

Why should I care about a healthier community?
A healthy community is an economically sound community. Treatment programs, lost productivity, and healthcare costs are expensive. Wellness and prevention save money. Wellness and prevention are what we’re all about.

Tobacco cessation classes, healthy cooking classes, distribution of Pack & Play cribs to families in need are just a few of many projects to come in our community, all spear-headed by OWN it member organizations.
